LYNX Red Line Planning Meeting

Tonight the Metropolitan Transit Commission, a group of elected officials for Charlotte and the surrounding communities, will convene and vote on a new design for the Red Line. This new design will hopefully lead to some progress in the creation of the Red Line. If not approved, the Red Line will miss out on the opportunity for federal funding and will likely cause the project to stall even further.

Anyone wishing to address the MTC during Public Comment must sign up by calling 704-353-1794 by 12:00 pm- meeting day.
